Shipping Policy
Custom orders will be shipped out within 5 business days of completion and full payment.
We ship domestically via USPS Priority.
$100 insurance is included with return shipping. We are not responsible for Bibles lost or damaged in shipping. Additional insurance may be purchased by the customer at the time of final payment.
We ship internationally via USPS, UPS or FedEx. We are not responsible for international packages being lost or damaged. The customer is responsible for any customs duties.
Guarantee
We want you to be happy with your rebind. Please contact us if you have concerns regarding the workmanship of your rebind. Damaged sewn bindings, heavily worn and glued only Bibles are not guaranteed.
Leathers
Leather is a natural material. There may be variations in color, texture and grain from one piece to another. Natural markings and scars are not considered defects. Leather will age and develop over time, and is subject to wear and tear.
Rejecting a Book for Rebind
We reserve the right to reject rebinding any objectionable materials.
No Payment
Full balance payment is due upon completion of work. Unless a written agreement has been made for delayed payment, any item held due to no payment is subject to disposal after 60 days.
